The short answer
No one SAT platform is best for every center: it depends on what you teach. For the digital SAT only, look at PrepMora, PanoPrep and VindicaOS, which also covers AP. For the SAT with the ACT or other admissions tests, look at EdisonOS, HighScores.ai, MentoMind, StudySpaces, Test Innovators, Test Ninjas and VEGA AI. If you also teach English tests such as TOEFL, look at PrepareBuddy and VEGA AI. To pay per test rather than per seat, look at PanoPrep and TutorWand.
We make PrepMora, so we list it first and mark it as ours; the other eleven follow in alphabetical order, with no ranking. Every fact comes from each company's own website, checked on 24 October 2026, and no company paid to be listed.
Shortlists by what your center teaches
- The digital SAT only: PrepMora, PanoPrep (mock tests run in test rooms) and VindicaOS (which also covers AP).
- The SAT and the ACT: EdisonOS, HighScores.ai, MentoMind, Test Innovators, Test Ninjas and VEGA AI; StudySpaces sells official ACT materials as an add-on.

- New York high-school entrance tests: EdisonOS (the SHSAT), HighScores.ai (the SHSAT and TACHS) and VEGA AI (an SHSAT course built from past papers the institute uploads).
- English tests as well: PrepareBuddy (IELTS, TOEFL and PTE) and VEGA AI (TOEFL).
- Paying by usage: EdisonOS (test credits on top of an academy plan), PanoPrep (per paper) and TutorWand (per test attempt).

How we chose and checked them
- Who is on the list. Platforms that sell to tutoring centers or academies, not only to students; that cover the digital SAT with full-length practice tests; and whose own websites describe the product well enough to compare. Products sold only to students, and general learning platforms without their own SAT content, are left out.
- Where the facts come from. Each company's own website, read on 24 October 2026. Where a site gives two different numbers, both are given; where it does not say, the entry says so.
- What is left out. Prices, because they change and depend on the number of students: each entry says whether and how the company publishes its prices instead. Review-site ratings and scores of our own: the list compares what each company states, not opinions.
- The order. PrepMora first, because it is ours; the other eleven in alphabetical order, with no scores.
How to choose between them
Four questions narrow the twelve quickly:
- Which exams does your center teach? The shortlists above sort the twelve by that.
- How many full-length tests will each student take? A test every two weeks over a three-month course is six; students who repeat the course or sit the SAT a second time need fresh ones.
- How do parents hear from you? A parent login, a report sent by link, an automated email and a report your teacher edits before it goes out are four different promises to families.
- What does white-label cost, and from when? Some platforms include it and some charge a setup fee. Ask whether the trial already runs under your brand: EdisonOS's help center says white-labelling is not available during the trial, while VindicaOS's free workspace takes your academy's name and colour.
The full method, with how to test each point in a demo, is our 12-point checklist for choosing a white-label SAT platform.
