1. Agreeing to these terms

By activating an access key or signing in, you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should read them with you — access keys are typically issued through a school, tutoring company, or mentor, and that organization is responsible for making sure the student it's issued to has permission to use PrepMora.

2. What PrepMora is

PrepMora is an independent, invite-only SAT-preparation study tool: a question bank, full-length practice tests, and progress tracking. PrepMora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board. SAT® is a trademark of the College Board.

3. Access keys and accounts

PrepMora is invite-only: an account requires a valid access key, issued by PrepMora directly or through a partner organization (a school, tutoring company, or mentor). Each key is single-use and binds to one account. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity under your account — tell us right away at the contact below if you think someone else has access to it. Don't share your key, account, or password with anyone else; PrepMora may suspend or revoke access that's shared or resold.

4. Acceptable use

Use PrepMora for your own studying. Don't do any of the following:

• copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publish practice questions, tests, or explanations from the site elsewhere;
• attempt to bypass the access-key gate, rate limits, or any other access control;
• interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use automated tools to access it beyond normal studying;
• impersonate another student, mentor, or organization.

Everything you access through PrepMora — questions, explanations, software, and design — is provided for your personal study use only, under this license, and isn't yours to redistribute.

5. Projected scores aren't guarantees

Projected scores, skill breakdowns, and other estimates on PrepMora are study aids based on your practice activity and published score-curve data — they are estimates, not a prediction or guarantee of your actual SAT score. Your real result depends on many factors PrepMora can't measure. Don't treat any number on this site as a promise about test day.

6. Third-party services

The practice tools include software from other companies — notably the Desmos calculator on the exam screen. Your use of those embedded tools is also subject to that provider's own terms. See Privacy Policy § 3 for the full list and what each one can see.

7. Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or revoke a key or account that violates Section 4, or if we discontinue the service. Where practical, we'll try to give notice first. You can stop using PrepMora at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how to delete your on-device data.

8. No warranty, limited liability

PrepMora is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and may have bugs, downtime, or errors in question content despite our best efforts to catch them — if you spot one, please report it. To the fullest extent the law allows, PrepMora and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including any impact on your actual SAT performance. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that meaningfully affects your rights, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, once accounts are broadly live, notify signed-in users before the change takes effect. Continuing to use PrepMora after a change means you accept the new terms.
