The short answer
For an institute with several teachers, two things set these platforms apart: how a full test is run for a group, and how results reach the owner. PanoPrep runs tests in test rooms with a passcode, EdisonOS and HighScores.ai offer proctoring, PrepareBuddy can require Safe Exam Browser, and StudySpaces auto-grades scanned paper tests. For the owner, PrepMora has a school report over one, three or six months, EdisonOS dashboards for a center or a whole region, MentoMind an organisation-wide view across branches or campuses, and PanoPrep class analytics down to each answer choice. HighScores.ai and VindicaOS put no limit on the number of teachers.
We make PrepMora, so we list it first and mark it as ours; the other eleven follow in alphabetical order, with no ranking. Every fact comes from each company's own website, checked on 24 October 2026, and no company paid to be listed. The same twelve are compared on everything else in our list of SAT platforms for tutoring centers; for a tutor working alone, see our list of SAT prep platforms for tutors.
What matters when an institute has several teachers
A tutor working alone weighs price per student and a free start. An institute weighs how the whole operation runs:
- Teachers and groups. An account for every teacher, classes or batches, and who sees which students.
- A full test for a whole batch. One test assigned to a group, test rooms or proctoring, and results that score themselves.
- The owner's view. How scores and topics moved across the institute, how much practice and homework got done, and the students who have gone quiet.
- The exams you teach. The SAT only, or the ACT, ISEE, SSAT or English tests as well.
- One brand across branches. Your name on every page, and one account for several brands if you run more than one; our white-label list compares that part.

The twelve, one by one
PrepMora first, as ours, then the rest in alphabetical order. Each entry says how teachers and groups are organised, how a full test is run and how results are reported, as the company's own website describes it.
PrepMora
PrepMora gives each mentor a panel that opens on what needs attention today, groups students into classes, and lets mentors assign a full test to a student or a class, and practice by skill, domain and difficulty to one student or a whole class, with a due date and a target. For the owner, it drafts a school report over one, three or six months: who joined and who went quiet, how scores and topics moved, and how much practice and homework got done; it stays inside the academy. It covers only the digital SAT, with 40 full-length tests and 3,770 bank questions ready on day one, under your brand from the free trial.
EdisonOS
EdisonOS lets you build tests from its library or from your own questions, with an AI extractor that turns PDFs and images into tagged questions, and assign them to a student or a cohort; its home page describes a proctored test environment. For the owner, it has dashboards for a school, a center or a whole region, franchise reporting, a skill heatmap and time per question. Several brands can run from one account, which suits an institute with more than one brand. It covers the digital SAT, ACT, PSAT, SHSAT and five AP subjects, and publishes usage-based prices, with Enterprise and schools priced by quote.
HighScores.ai
HighScores.ai offers classrooms, a calendar, CSV roster upload, proctoring with camera-on sessions and custom tests, with unlimited teachers at no charge, and records each student's scores, answers, tools used and time per question. Centers above 50 students get a named contact and phone support. It covers the SAT, ACT, PSAT, SHSAT, HSPT and TACHS, plus the SSAT Middle Level and the ISEE Lower Level (its tutor page lists other levels as coming soon), and publishes a yearly price per student.
MentoMind
MentoMind organises students into cohorts and classes, assigns work to entire classes at once, turns worksheets into auto-graded homework and shows item analysis and pacing timelines, with a course builder and AI question generation from your own materials. For the owner, it has an organisation-wide view across branches or campuses, with dashboards for teachers, administrators and parents. It covers the digital SAT, ACT and HSPT with more courses, and institutions get a quote.
PanoPrep
PanoPrep's console has staff roles, test rooms with a passcode, assignments to students or cohorts, retakes and class analytics down to each answer choice. It runs 26 full-length digital SAT papers written by its test experts, priced per paper for students and quoted for institutions.
PrepareBuddy
PrepareBuddy runs an institute in one hierarchy from head office to each branch, with one study plan shared across branches, batch pages and teacher oversight. A whole batch can sit a full-length test, with an option to require Safe Exam Browser; its SAT tests are generated by AI on request, and drills are assigned from each student's results by domain. Results compare two batches side by side, with at-risk alerts and CSV and PDF exports. The SAT is one of its 15 exams, and each institution gets a quote.
StudySpaces
StudySpaces organises groups, classes and cohorts with custom roles, sends a diagnostic, drill or full mock to one student or a whole cohort, adds a live whiteboard and pacing and timing analysis, and auto-grades scanned paper tests. It covers the SAT, PSAT, SSAT and ISEE, with official ACT materials as an add-on, and sells to tutoring and test-prep businesses, with school and district programs on a quote.
Test Innovators
Test Innovators groups students by tutor and class, administers mock tests in person or remotely, sets targeted homework, and shows results by question difficulty and type, with pacing compared with other students. It covers the ISEE, SSAT, HSPT, PSAT, SAT and ACT, and also runs platforms for schools and community organizations.
Test Ninjas
Test Ninjas runs a classroom with practice assigned to individuals or whole classes, score reports and diagnostics, a 30-skill heatmap and an AI that answers questions about class results, and you invite teachers with no teacher-seat fees. Its classroom for educators covers the SAT, ACT and AP, sold as one-time licences, one per student per exam, with no platform subscription; unused licences never expire, and educator prices are not published.
TutorWand
TutorWand has a real-time teacher dashboard and assigns tests to students or batches, with AI diagnostic reports, study plans and reports for management. It covers the SAT and GRE, and quotes institutes by number of test attempts.
VEGA AI
VEGA AI manages students and batches, with up to 10, 100 or 1,000 team members by plan, grades automatically and builds study paths from the institute's own content; its blog describes an owner dashboard of students, progress and revenue. It covers the digital SAT, SHSAT, ACT, AP, GRE, GMAT and TOEFL, plus general courses, and publishes monthly plans by number of active users.
VindicaOS
VindicaOS allows unlimited teachers and campuses, tracks each student's miss patterns, keeps an error journal and class results, and has its AI draft homework from each student's misses for the teacher to approve. It covers the digital SAT and AP, and publishes a monthly price per active student.
How to check it in a demo
- Set up a real batch. Add two teachers and a class of students, and check who sees which students.
- Run one full test for the whole class. Assign it once, take it as a student, and see how the results reach each teacher.
- Open the owner's view. Find the students who have gone quiet and the topics where accuracy fell, without asking a teacher.
- Check your branches. Ask how several branches or brands sit in one account, and how a teacher who works at two of them is set up.
For everything else to check, see our 12-point checklist for choosing an SAT platform.
How we chose and checked them
- Who is on the list. The same twelve as our main list: platforms that sell to tutoring companies, academies or institutes, not only to students; that cover the digital SAT with full-length practice tests; and whose own websites describe the product well enough to compare.
- Where the facts come from. Each company's own website, read on 24 October 2026: its product, institution and pricing pages. Where a website does not answer a check, the table says “Not stated publicly”.
- What is left out. Prices, because they change, review-site ratings, and scores of our own.
- The order. PrepMora first, because it is ours; the other eleven in alphabetical order, with no scores.
